The social network Twitter has decided to prohibit the automatic Follow Back. Its new API version also prevents that we can no longer continue on a massive scale to other users.

“Until now you could use all sorts of tools to automatically follow those who followed us and also to stop following or return to follow many users at once (even up to 200 at a time, with a limit of up to 1,000 per day)”, reported in the web.

But Twitter has banned this practice in an update of its guidelines for developers the API and violators of this new standard could be punished with suspension or total accounts.

As is known, this network allowed the creation of tools that were automated to followers of Twitter profiles in an attempt to promote reciprocity, but unfortunately this option practices led fans just looking aimlessly interaction.

The CEO of Twitter, Biz Stone, said: “We will eliminate the possibility of users to perform auto-follow because this practice sends the wrong message. That is, it is unlikely that anyone can actually read tweets from thousands of accounts that do this kind of false practices”.
